I see the photo,but what is your question?By the mint mark is split copper plating.

Please crop your photos to the edge of your coin. As is, too much wasted space and coin image is too small.

I take it you are referring to the mint mark.
That as John1 explains is Split Plate Doubling and adds no premium to the coin.
