Also, horn must be "partially visible" for F12, which is not the case. Also, what is at 4:30 or so on the obverse rim --it almost looks like a carved letter. I didn't even notice them until you brought it up. I believe VG10 is a good call on this. My question was whether this was possibly Fine.
