The 1967 nickel reverse and the 1967 small cent reverse share this same form of Die Deterioration Doubling, unforetunately this is due to the age of the die and not an error or variety.
Some collectors do like to keep them and on super rare occasions will purchase them for a little over face value if it happens to be in mint state condition.

i was viewing your photo on a small iPhone screen (i normally look at images using my mac) however reviewing your image currently while on my mac, I have to retract my comment and agree with the 2 previous ones.
This is Machine Doubling, however the outcome is still the same as collectors dont usually pay over face value for Machine Doubling unless its in a high grade, even then usually only a single digit premium.
