Dirty? Stained? Unless I'm missing what you are trying to show with your images, I don't see anything other than a discolored Lincoln Cent. The discolored areas could be ink, oil, grease or any number of other contaminants.

Is there something other than the different color that you are asking about?

Also note, nothing is raised. So it is not a die issue. Just a stain, probably from another coin in the cup holder that stained it.
