Looks to be some wear in the dress and leg of eagle. I'll venture AU-55. Someone with more experience should post soon.

Nice luster, with only a few tiny nicks and scratches.
Perhaps what appears to be a tiny amount of wear on the leg of the eagle could be due to a light strike or worn die. Feather detail and legends OK but not exactly pin sharp.
The only to really prove either way is to examine this area with a 10x loupe and see if the luster is undisturbed in this area. Same applies to Lib's head.
In the meantime, I will agree with shadesony, but
I will go with
AU-58

If no wear, then MS-62 or 3.

I'm not seeing any wear, just strike weakness in the usual spots ( Liberty and eagles left leg) BUT, not sure what's going on in between the sun rays below the drapery, and in between the eagles legs. Scratches? Or die polishing? Can't make out if they're raised or not.

If they are die polishing lines then MS63.
If scratches, then UNC Details

Would have been an easy MS-63 if not for the hairline scratches between the sun rays, but probably unc details now.
Rest in Peace

Taking all into consideration I'm at MS-63 . Everything is there in moderation for an MS Walker . Good price .

I'll say a solid MS-63 if not 64.

From the contact marks and luster the coin appears to be MS63. A case could be made for a AU58 as there is broken luster that could be circulation rub on the knee area and on the eagles breast.

I think the small scratches on the obverse will hold it to no better than MS-63.

If those are die Polish lines 63 , if scratches
Then 20 bucks is about right .
