Acetone bath on proofs? Not sure what will happen to the surface. I have a few proofs that have no home, maybe I'll soak one and see what happened. I I'll get some before pictures, then after pics. I look at the East rim on both sides has the same lines and dimension versus West like the shoulder has. If was MD must has others marks. I think more of the firsts strikes, maybe 1 to 10 when the hammers and anvils still has the graving small borders. Report this Post to the Staff
