Looks like a normal coin from what I can see:

On the DDO there is a spread that is not present on your coin:

Is-This-A-1980-DDO-Cent?
But note the spread on the DDO examples:
Is-This-A-1980-DDO-Cent?
Spread is seen on the centers of the devices.
