Closer-in, sharp photo of the mint mark would help. As its stands, the coin has some curious post strike damage. Wonder what the reverse looks like?

Looks like the mintmark took a hit, but it's hard to tell. A close-up is needed.

This could be just damage, like with a ball point pen. It could have been worse:
