Date is incorrect (serifs in 7 and 4 are wrong, shape of 9 is incorrect). Overall devices off, hair is lacking in sharpness, overall bust profile is incorrect, has that "cartoonish" appearance. Just basing on the obverse since the pic is sharper. Compare this side by side to a photo of a genuine example and it's very obvious.
