I have several pennies that have these lines, and they are all different dates. This one has them on both sides. The others on one side.

Flow lines would be radial.
Yours are not.

Those are rolling lines on the zincoln. Note they are in the same direction on both sides. They are stronger on the fields and weaker on the tops of the devices/designs. Not a premium for the coin. When you see these on the struck and un-struck areas of the coin, then you know it is rolling lines:
