VF30 possible details as it appears cleaned and maybe for the small scratches above the entire length of the upper wing and one that extends into the field below the wing tip.

good catch westcoin. I didnt see that but it does appear that someone attempted to smooth out scratches or remove something. gotta add a details designation to this one but I'm still at VF35

My first thought was VF-25. I'm not seeing any obvious signs of abuse and the small marks and scratches don't seem out of line for that circulated grade. Decent Flying Eagle, with good eye appeal.
