I didn't agree with the grade. What's your opinion?

I'll say ms-63 to 64. Is that a die crack at the left of the wing and at the word states?

Yes, MS-63. Scrapes on the cheek and neck are too obvious to make 64.

It is not an easy coin to grade. The fields are almost mark free, but the cheek shows what looks like circulation rub. The coin could go MS63 or AU58. I am going to go with MS63 because of the clean fields.

I'm going with 63 also but have certainly seen worse in 64 holders. This coin has a good strike (for N.O.), strong luster with above average eye appeal. Certainly a Choice Mint State piece.
The scuff behind the head and the black (carbon?) spots at top reverse and on her nose hurt it. Cheek and neck say 63 as well.

Looks like a text book MS63 from these images. Also looks like it was struck from a fairly high mileage die pair.

I'm going to guess that you are unhappy as thought it might make MS63 or MS64 but it has come back MS62! However, I place it at MS63.

I'd have to say MS-63 as well.

the 00(O) normally have average strikes. the reverse is AVG- due to the breast. the lighting here is a little strong so being able to assess the luster across all surfaces is pretty much a guess. the luster on the obverse looks like its more subdued and broken in some areas. I dont think the marks/scuffs on the profile/neck are anything major other than rubbing up against other coins. i'd like to see photos with a little less lighting and a little sharper as text AMERICA looks like something is going especially in the ER area...scratches, poor strike?
combining obverse with the strike and subdued luster I can see this one at MS63 albeit a nice 63.

Obverse MS-63, reverse MS-64, net MS-63.

The light bouncing off the luster makes it difficult for me to say. I like that is has a lot of luster, but there is some rash on the cheek and neck. I'm not sure if its just the lights, but the eagle's breast looks worn. I can't see very many feathers there.
I'd say AU58 to MS61, but I'm terrible at this game!
