Would it devalue the coins, besides the proof, if I were to remove them and place them in another display. I'm not sure because it does credit the "grader?" so I'm not sure if it's a recognized uncirculated specimen.

Those appear to be coins from Littleton. Removing them from the packaging is not going to hurt any "grade" they have assigned. Remove away.

YEP! The UPC code relates back to Littleton Coin Company. That is their SKU number for stocking reference. I was able to scan one of them and look it up.

No worries to open them up and display them properly.

I was just unsure cause I read the coins can decrease in value if removed from labeled, graded coins. Didnt wanna make a boo boo

That really only applies for coins graded and encapsulated by reputable TPGs such as ANACS, NGC, PCGS, ICCS and CCCS.
