I'm not sure because it does credit the "grader?" so I'm not sure if it's a recognized uncirculated specimen. Report this Post to the Staff

That really only applies for coins graded and encapsulated by reputable TPGs such as ANACS, NGC, PCGS, ICCS and CCCS.
