I have a 1991 Washington quarter that looks like a strike through a 1980 something dime due to what looks like a copper rim prevents visually seeing the last digit in the date and a 2015 dime that has a D under a P on the mint mark?
Just damaged coins. They are only worth face. When they get back to the bank, they will send them back to the mint to be cancelled and recycled. A damaged coin is not a mint error. Just like a wrecked car is not a factory error. It never increases the value for the car/coin.
