@ludy, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that with these pics it is hard to know what you are seeing as a potential error with the coins in hand. Please provide a little detail so that we can help you. Thx.

I'm seeing some sort of discoloration on the field just above the hairline of varying intensity and again at the direct opposite side of the obverse at the bottom of Roosevelt's neck. To me it looks like a haze of milk spots. But for so many coins to have it in the same location is perplexing.
I added more pictures to show the mark at the top of the head that extends to the neck area. All the coins have the same type marks in varying stages. I don't know the technical terms but it seems odd.
Can you provide one good pic of one of the better examples?
You have had some very knowledgeable people comment, and coupled with the less than optimal picture quality, I am going out on a limb here that might get sawed off!
It looks like each coin might have a similar "scrape" in the field at 12 and 6 o'clock. If so, this might be the result of die scrape from Feeder Finger Damage, though it is in a different direction than mentioned by coop here for Roosevelt dimes: http://goccf.com/t/336856
Better pics might help determine.
If that is the case, it would be interesting to see it.
and you will see how the "scrape?" is hard see at certain light levels. To repeat, all the affected coins have the same error in varying degrees. The suggestion of a scrape could be right. It seems like the scrape was on the planchet before the strike. Thanks for your interest.
I think these are struck through oil or light grease. I've seen this on many different coins. While it isn't going to add much of a premium, if any, it is an interesting anomaly and I would hang on to them.

I agree with yoko. An error that hard to photograph will not add much premium. If you wanted to try to sell them you would have to take much better pictures and post them on ebay.
