Found CRH today looks similar to one I found before.

Actually that is Machine Doubling on the small date normal Denver cent. (These are about 50%/50% on the Denver ones. The Philly plain small dates are the premium ones. Also on the Large over small dates, the '0' is much larger than even the small dates, as it has both of them on that area:
