2019 S Proof Quarter - Doubled Initials On Reverse?

I'm also posting pictures of 'Liberty' on the obverse because I think I see notches, but it could be the mirror-like affect of the proof coin...it's tough to get a good look at proof coins under the scope (at least for me). Not on the out parts of the design. http://doubleddie.com/2526079.html No listing for a DDO on this design listed yet. But on these, the affected areas are on the earlobes and the motto areas. Note the distortion of the devices, not affecting just the edges of the devices, that you seem to be looking at. (that is where Machine Doubling happens) Again note on these earlobes, the affected areas are raised above the fields. Thus this area is in the center of the design. The target areas to look for these doubled dies: Same also on most post 2000 coins. The Change over to the single squeeze dies doubled dies are in the central areas on most denominations. Some designs do not have any doubled dies.
