Maybe a minor clipped planchet, obverse at 7:30. It appears to show Blakesley Effect and weighs 2.96 grams.

Another small clip. But because of the rim design, it shows a weakness on the rim area where the clip was.

I don't think I would have thought it was a clip if it was a coin I found. I would think it was damage. But it is a clip.

I am going to "slightly" lean towards PMD on that one.

@John1 - I pulled this from a mint bag I am about half way through. I did not find it in circulation. This does not totally rule out PMD but seeing signs of Blakesley Effect is why I think it is a clip.

I'm going to go over the edge and say PMD (Intentional). It looks like it was gently squashed to cause that crimp in the middle of the edge..

When I saw the edge image I thought of that, but the strike on the obverse weakening on that devices near that area moved me to the slight clip direction. It appears the loose metal struck onto the reverse was a piece moved from the obverse. Also the Blakesley effect is on the coin on both sides. So I'm still in the minor clip side of what I see. If it were damaged, I would expect to see flattening on the outer edges of the devices. I don't see that happening.
