The lines on the fields are called flow lines. The metal is always moving in one direction and the dies start to wear in that pattern. This is normal as the die ages. The 'E' looks like it took a hit. If it were on all the devices, then it would still not be anything by a damaged coin. Doubled dies are enlarged in size on the raised devices, and the doubled dies are seen only certain areas of the design on the single squeeze dies. Same on the mintmark area. Just normal (LDS) later dies state die wear. Just a spender.
