Pics too dark and soft to evaluate surfaces.

From what I can see, it seems like there may be some kind of issue on the reverse because the color looks off. $74 seems a bit steep in my book for this condition.

It has F15 sharpness with a few problems I see, digs on the reverse near the center, and color looks like it's been messed with at sometime, I give it an EAC G6 net grade details, I think I'd try to return this one if you can. You should be able to get a pretty nice looking VF20+ for not much more money. My Two Cents worth anyways.

I'll wait for new photos when it arrives. Hard to grade from these.

Ouch. Fine Details, scratches, tooled, old cleaning.

It is pretty easy to find classic head Half Cents in decent VF-XF condition. It is probably a good idea to return the coin, and wait and watch for a deal on a better quality coin. Just my advice

The obverse graffiti details this one. Worse, the scratches look relatively recent.
I'm not happy with the seller's pictures here. The obverse photo posted by the seller obscured the graffiti. That level of graffiti or deliberate scratching should have been in the description or made evident in the photos.
I can see taking a shot at this coin from the seller's pictures, but the on-arrival pictures make this coin a no-go for me.

Deceptive photos. The coin needs to be returned to seller.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Oddly, I'm not that disappointed. I like the color. Sure I wish the marks weren't there but I am pleased with the coin. She's one of my babies now.

You can do much better than $74 for a details coin. If you are happy, that's all that matters.
