Hello forum,

I found this dime and was just wondering why would it be the color it is. If there is anything about it to make it a neat coin to collect.

It had suffered from environmental toning discolouring it.
Being in circulation has rubbed some of the toning off on the
high spots giving it that Cameo appearance.
Keep it if you like but there is no added value to it.

Numismatically there is nothing to recommend it, but just as @jimmy said, you should save what appeals to you.
