I found this exceptionally made bicentennial quarter, no RPM, COULD this he a proof?

Also DDO IGWT,

Extra finger on drummers right hand? Thoughts, any others out there like this, and is this grade worthy? Besides the ink smudging, looks to be IN REALLY good shape to me.

Also part of his right arm is missing and his left hand looks like it only has 4 fingers, 2 seem to be merged together

Sorry to inform you that your Bicentennial Quarter is perfectly normal. Yours is a Philadelphia minted coin. The only known doubled dies are the Denver minted Bicentennials. The "extra finger" you are seeing is the end of drumstick.... not an extra finger. The drummer's left hand took a hit and smashed his fingers to make it look like one big finger. Unfortunately your coin is not in the best of shape as shown by the pitting, and/or marks, on the obverse lower bust. Just a spender. Keep looking.

It is a nice find, but I agree with @bump's assessment.

Pretty much agree with what's being said. It's a common, modestly circulated bicentennial quarter--some light dings and hits, and general overall wear. I'm thinking the pointer finger knuckle received a hit which 'flattened' it some. In my opinion, not a good candidate for third party grading. Keep it if you like it.

I did a double take on the 'finger' as well until I had a good look at it and saw the drum stick.

Just a worn out spender..
