Polly Planchet New Member United States 20 Posts	Posted 08/19/2021 3:47 pm NEWBIE ALERT - 1ST Post Per WDDR - 001 - Xref Coneca 1-R-V: On STATES, ONE DIME, Flame, Torch, Leaves on Right side. Only discrepancy is that Wexler refers to this DDR in the context of an SMS. Other issues are the textured field surface and very little definition in the devices - VLDT or just normal wear? PCGS does not list this DDR, nor does NGC. Not planning to have it graded but wondering why and trying to learn. Thanks for help!
