This does show plating blisters and split plating errors. The other, larger marks I'm not sure about. The copper layer appears stripped away. It doesn't look like PMD to me but open to opinions.

I think the copper plating "flacked" off during the minting process.

Hmm, I'm not convinced that these aren't just scrapes that have removed the copper plating.

The largest one is almost certainly from a scratch. The upper part of the scratch is still visible.

It looks like a scrape to me.
These coins with these plating issues intrigue me.
I get the dust factor and those are easy enough to distinguish.
However, sometimes you get lines of blisters, like under Abe's nose.
One of my thoughts on these are from clash removal.
Too aggressive polishing and they reduced the field just enough below its normal height that it caused unintended design difference and the plating didn't adhere to the now slightly raised design thus causing the gases to be trapped in the slight depression on the Die.

Just one of my theories on plating blisters.
Fresh roasted Java and a great Sativa and you'll see funny things too!

The area above the large zinc exposed strip looks more like a struck through or stress area in the plating. There is a similar looking area to the north which I point to.

Thanks for the feedback!

Plating debris bubbles flaking off is where I'm leaning.
