Looks like there was Feeder Finger Damage on eye area. They have tried engraving that area to make the eye look a more bit more like normal? Or it might be a slight clash on that area?

Seems to line up with the curved olive stem on those overlays, I say die clash.

I'd go for a clash. I think I see a part of the 'U' from E Plu right on the field at the forehead. or is it just a shadow.
