There's a little bump right under the D.

Pretty much every 1958-D RPM has split serifs of some sort with the exception of very few. I do see the "bump" you are talking about but I am not familiar with any RPM for this year and mm exhibiting anything like this. If I had to guess, IMHO, it is a die chip. However, your LWC is very nice regardless, nice coin!

Could be a small die dent near the bottom left of the mintmark rather than a RPM.
