This looks like a Grease Filled Die but I'm not 100% sure.

That is a fun find. It might be from the die getting tired too.

Looks more like an over polished die issue than a Greaser.

I think John1 is correct, this looks like an over polished die. No premium I'm afraid. Keep searching!

The lettering just stops way to abruptly at the rim

That is why I wasn't sure it was a Greaser. Thanks for the responses everyone.

Probably a strong Grease Fill on the devices. Note how on 'ICA' is showing an enlarging of those devices. Probably a fresh event that happened, and later on relocated on the deeper devices. It would be impossible to totally remove the tops of the devices by die polishing. It would tail off and not be so sharp of an edge. on a polishing.

Although they did isolated polishing on one are, not the '9' is a slight bit smaller than the last two digits.

Note on Liberty, how the devices get stronger to the left, and the polished devices on the right are reduced. So I feel this is not a die polishing issue. The difference happens to quickly to be a polishing issue.
