Just a normal die, as far as I can tell. The enlarged 9 is normal, sometimes it's just larger, when it's a doubled die.

All 2019s are like that. The 9 is master die doubling.

Note this is listed as a WMDO not a WDDO. It is a doubled Master Die Obverse, not a Doubled Die Obverse. The master die was used to create every working die, so every working die (and therefore every coin) has this effect.

That being said I might see something with the 20. It could easily just be the glare from lighting throwing me off, but it looks slightly thicker than usual like WDDO-009.

Thank you Tanman2001. The coin was very bright so I had to limit the light to get the image off the noise floor (back ground noise) so the result is a flat image. It is the WMDO I was going for. I picked the coin out of a bank roll of Shield cents.
