Have to agree with Dearborn. The coin has a plated look, everything looks like it's buffed , the details aren't sharp. If the weight was of a silver dime you might have had a find but it looks like someone did it in a lab or to fool someone.

Clad: 2.27 g., plus a fraction of a gram of plating material.

Ok, first attempt at posting a photo didn't go so well.
I want to thank everyone for their input and their help, I do believe it's altered as well and I'm almost tempted to try to scrape it to see if I can get it to peel at it's edge. I did a magnet test and it pushes the coin away instead of sticking to it which is odd because silver is non-magnetic but conductive, either the magnet or the coin would have to have been charged for it to push I believe.
