Very cool coins! It's amazing how many people outside of the hobby have no idea that once upon a time there were such things as Half Cents, Two Cent Pieces, Three Cent pieces aand 20 cent pieces. They look at me like I have two heads when I tell them!

You're well on way to an "oddball denomination" set!

Good luck with your type set. It's a fun one to show to friends and colleagues.

You are absolutely correct. I think that type coins are becoming my thing. I like having an example of the different coins to show off and wow! Plus I think they are really cool... I love history. I'm really caught now... lol

It can be a very addictive trap to fall into. Not like that's a bad thing.

Some know I have quite a few Two Cent Pieces but I also have amassed at least 10 each of the both Three Cent Nickel and Silver, a half dozen or so Half Cent pieces and a few Twenty Cent Pieces.

If I hit the lottery I'll try and complete the sets!

Steve, very nice coins. It is nice to have "uncommon" coins. I bought a commemorative
half today just because I didn't have one. I don't think anything will replace my nickles but their are many very interesting denominations.

Thanks for all the comments I have purchased a few more 3 Cents and am still looking for a decent grade 3 cent silver. Although my wife has told me to cut down on my spending. :(

I dissagree with everyone. Don't start collecting those type of coins. I need them so stop now and send those to me. You pay postage of course since I'm saving you from a life time of hunting and searching.
In reality, nice coins. Great start for that type of coin but really hard to find.
