I found this pretty rough 1925 D today. I am trying to understand what's going on with the word "Liberty" on the obverse. It appears to be extremely off-center and missing characters. The definition is extremely worn. But you think it's worth anything?
I see a very heavily worn '25 D wheat cent--worth 8-15 cents (or so). LIBERTY has suffered mightily, and likely took a few circulation hits long ago. The coin didn't leave the striking chamber with LIBERTY 'misplaced'.
