2019-P Lincoln Incomplete Plating Error

Luckily I left it on my dresser and didn't throw it in the change pile. After a couple of members posted their examples and a look on errorref I'm convinced this one is legit! Thanks guys. Both have an elongated North to South running streak with the rims affected at opposite ends. I don't believe this is exactly an incomplete plating error though.
