Photos are a bit fuzzy. Given that, it looks like a lamination issue.

So I know subjective bit is a LAM 2x2 worthy? Carries a premium?

Does a coin with a lamination issue have value? There are some collectors who go nuts over lamination issues--the more dramatic (and the better overall condition of the coin), the better. It's possible someone would be willing to fork over 1-3 dollars for yours in its current state. If your coin was a MS64+, you might get $12-20. In my opinion, it's 2x2 worthy.
