Is it an error ? Tried looking for answers on line but no information for this
Year. Any idea ? If it's a legitimate error or just Struck Through Grease?

Maybe a little grease in the die or perhaps some over-polishing of the die? From the striations around the date, it looks like the obv die was getting tired.

Possible Feeder Finger Damage, on the reverse. The leaves all look smaller in size and height. So I feel these devices were polished away. No premium for this though. Just a die event.
