It looks like it has either a planchet flaw or two laminations on the obverse and some fantastic die cracks and a Retained Cud on the reverse. Report this Post to the Staff

I agree that there is a good chance this was tampered with. Above GOD and TRUST, there could be a planchet flaw, strikethrough, or possibly corrosion was removed. Suffering from bust half fever.
