Plating issue, not a die crack and it is a Philly struck coin, what you are seeing is a stain.

you may have a die crack on rev. building to rim under fg

I see what could be lots of roller lines, a Zinc blister on obverse at about K9-10, A linear platting issue at K12, and a possible die crack on the reverse from base of building to the rim (By FG)
