Millions of these were made, generally between 900-1300 AD, by numerous rulers, in dozens of varieties. It is often difficult to determine the variety. Useful, but not enough for full attribution. I'm surprised there has never been an updated edition or a reprint. There are many varieties. Out-of-focus photos are of little use, unfortunately.
