Wondering if this is a slight amount of grease on the gutter forms the rim. If it were a beginning of a rim Cud, then it would be taller, not lower on the rim? Or a flattening fin issue? Just seems like it hasn't made it mind up yet?

Doesn't a Rim Fin need to be in the area between the collar die and one of the other dies.

That one above WE is on the edge of the rim gutter.
