Its hard to see the surfaces on the coin in the pictures as they are very grainy. But based on what I can make out I'd say MS-62 or 63. Could drop to AU if there is any wear though.

Yes, photos are a bit grainy, so an accurate grade is difficult to arrive at. Given what's posted, I'd say MS62--maybe 63. Looks like a reeding hit coming off the first A in AMERICA, and a light scratch across the date (among other light dings and hits).
