I bought a 1978 Coin Mint uncirculated set from Amazon. But my penny has some black markings on it and also the back of my Dollar coin where it says United States it is messed up also. Should I just get my money back for this or is it worth something more? Can anyone help me out with that?

100% return it. It's easy to return on Amazon and I'd be shocked if you couldn't find one elsewhere cheaper.

That is considered damage and devaluates the set.
Get your money back.

Just a note: it is a proof set not an uncirculated set. Return it.

Looks like a very tiny coin privy mark between the 'T' and the 'A'.

Needs higher magnification to confirm.
