@seap, rather than making us guess what you are seeing with the coin in hand, it is always preferable to include this information in your post. With that said, I see MD on the date, especially on the number 5.

The reverse looks like the dies were way over you also. Also the eagle was more or less slow wiped away with polishing from die clashes. Note the last image. You can see a wave of polishing into the eagles area as the polishing was going deeper and deeper.

I see Machine Doubling on the date, and perhaps a partial grease-filled die on the eagle on the reverse. No premium.
