Is That Die Crack Error Or Just A Scratch On 1948 Malaya 20¢ Coin?

tdziemia Pillar of the Community United States 7936 Posts	Posted 09/14/2021 4:53 pm I am with @commems. In photos 3 and 4 I see a long planchet defect that runs nearly rim to rim. As the coin was struck and ejected from the die, it manifested itself as a ridge in some places, a crack/delamination in others in others. With only raised areas, I would have guessed it was a die defect. Report this Post to the Staff
