It seems I posted the same pic 4 times... Sorry, I'm a bit of a computard... This is a shot of the edge of the 2017 D penny! It weighs in at 2.5g It's a bit oblong and same size as a nickel. I'll get more pics up shortly, or thereabouts!! Thanks for your patience all!!

Looks like a damaged edge on a cent. (not penny, as the mint has never struck a penny. Only cents)
