Error Coin On Reverse Of Capped Bust Dime

Perhaps the hit that moved this metal also caused the dent on the other part of the letter T as wells as the damage to the bottom of the letter E. This is a graded coin in a yellow labeled slab from ANACS. It is graded F 15. Wouldn't grading services typically list this coin as damaged or would they miss such obvious details on the reverse.
