Good evening! Was wondering why the date is the way it is. Also if you look below the ear it looks awkward. If anyone notice or knows about this coin please help. Thanks

Looks like normal wear and tear from where I'm sitting. Also gouge under eye.

The mark on the neck looks like a miss placed date (1)? A lot of coin wear is present. I'll add more later on this one.
