For the letter L, I think we need a close-up. Greasy Fingers Pillar of the Community United States 7053 Posts	Posted 09/22/2021 9:47 pm Yes, slight/faint die clash on the obverse..aka prison cent Yes to lamination error(after zooming in on it) in/on head and I'm thinking the L in Liberty is also part of the lam since it runs in line with the larger one. As far as the reverse goes, can't see it clear enough when zooming in, could it be a stain... Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/22/2021 10:24 pm On the 'L', that is pushed metal from the area on the rim. Die clashes show on the fields as they are the outside faces on the dies. When no planchet is present during the strike, the out lines of the central devices will collide with the other die during the clash. So no rims would be affected.
