I purchased this recently raw and sent it to ICCS where it graded MS-64. SWL isn't listed on the insert but I do believe it is the short water line variety.

It looks SWL for me, but maybe under their microscope they saw a slight attachment. I had the same thing come back recently. Pretty sure swl, but no notation

That's a great-looking example! I agree it looks like a short waterline to me as well. Maybe the SWL is considered a non-standard variety by ICCS? Which would require the variety recognition tier to be noted on the insert.
