In my McDonald - Bear in mind it is 2009 so these prices may be out of date.

$1 - Coombs Randall 1968 - Star Replacement note $1200 - $10k. Standard note is $80 in fine, none come close.

$2 - Ditto for this note, Standard note $35 in Fine, $1 - $8k for a star note.

Bear in mind this is Coombs Randall, not Philips Randall which is a bit more common, both are 1968. None of the last prefixes for the the low notes are worth much over face.

$5 - Philips Randall 1969 - $35 - $300 standard note
Star notes - $3000 Fine - $17.5k in UNC
$5 Polymer - 1997 AN97 Prefix $950 upwards
Normal Notes KC95 Prefix - $300 up

$10 - Coombes Randall 1967 - Standard $90 - $900
Star - $1600 to $21k

$10 - Polymer DF97 Prefix $400 up to $1200

$20 - Coombs Randall 1967 - Ordinary notes are $500 up to $10k but star notes of Phillips Randall 1969 range from $1.1k to $22k

Most $20s from Philips Wheeler onwards are common in low grade and non special prefixes think 2 - 3x face for notes up to EF.

$20 Polymer - Fraser/Evans 1994 - PE94 prefix are worth $880 up to several k.

$50 - as its late, none are particularly expensive but nice grade notes are 4 to 20 times face based on signature.

1974 Philips Wheeler YAA prefix are the only ones with high value $250 to $1450, yet a standard note of this era can be yours for just 75 in Fine.

Polymer $50 Fraser Evans notes of 1995 all have premium at $100 or more in Fine, VG95 Prefix starts at $650 and goes up.

$100 paper - only face for most in fine, and $140 for VF, no varieties start at over $195 in Fine and the value of $900 for a 1984 Johnston/Stone last prefix note ZCD in UNC and $195 in Fine.

Polymer - CF98 Prefix starts at 650 VF and goes to 3k UNC.

Specimen notes of 1966 are very valuable at $13k up.

Hope this helps

Lots of rarities in the paper notes, not so much in the polymer.
The 1997 $5 test notes are scarce and I don't think an old style 2014 or 2015 (I forget which) ever saw the light of day.
The last prefix 1994 $20 notes go for big money.
The 1996 $100 notes aren't too uncommon but the 1998 $100 notes are scarce altogether.
