Looks like a weaker example of die abraidement I found on a coin years ago. Its a 1913-S. There is an image in the "Looking Through Lincoln Cents" Book on page # 54. Extreme die wear.

Yes, I saved the coin. Sent it to coppercoins several years before his book and he wanted an image for the book. I was more than glad to help out. When looking at the image note the heavy die wear on the 9 of 1913. This was the clincher to identify that this was NOT a RPM, but just die wear.
