Here is a 1954 S penny I found while searching through my Wheat penny bags. It appears to have a die break at the bottom of Lincoln's body along with the 5 in the date. It also has a Cud on the back as well from what I see. What are everyone's thoughts?

Die break, die chips on date and wheat stalk, Die Deterioration evident on both sides. Nicely photographed.

Nice chip on the date and wheat stalk. die break ? could be. I'm curious if it could also be a slight lamination issue.

That is a die chip on the date.

In the 1969 edition of "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE Lincoln Cent" by Jean Cohen there are listings for what she called "CLOGGED NUMBERS".

CONECA now has the coins and the copyright for Jean Cohen's collection. Sorry to say they have never done anything with it. You need to get permission from them to post images from the book.
She cataloged, illustrated and listed all kinds of errors, some of which we now call varieties, on the Lincoln Cents from 1909 through 1969. Her book the 1969 edition of "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE Lincoln Cent" is a must have for any collector of Lincoln Cent Errors and Varieties.
If you're an ANA member you can check the book from the ANA Library. At one time CONECA also had this book in their Library, check with the CONECA Librarian, to see if it can be checked out.

Starting on page 411 there 39 listings for die chips on the date for the 1954S cent. Your die chip matches some of the markers for 54S-N112 on page 414. It's noted that there are 7 stages to this die break.

Agree with a Die Chip on the 5 and a slight lamination on the bust along with some Die Deterioration
but I cannot see a Cud on the reverse. All I see is a Die Chip on the wheat stalk.
